Hi, I have an HP Photosmart E327 Digital Camera here... And the Display screen does not work at all. The power button will flash green, indicating the camera is "on", but you cannot see anything on the Display screen. The camera will not "shutter" or make any sounds either, it won't take pictures as well...

Where can I get this repaired, at a price that is affordable? This aggravates me, because it was only a couple months old!
I don't think I apply for a warranty, as I don't have the papers... Any help/ideas/suggestions are appreciated.

I don't believe you HAVE TO have registered it for the warranty (usually 1 yr.) to be in effect. You got it as a gift so no sales receipt. The company has serial number that shows when built, when to stores, etc. Most manufacturers want good business relations. Go to manufacturer.

Is the battery charged?

Take it in for an estimate. It will probably cost more to repair than a new, similar, camera will cost.

If you do buy a new camera, register it with the manufacturer and keep the receipt.

Can you see the pictures using the camera? If they are there then when you connect the camera to your computer see if there are any other folders they may be in.
