Witches existed long before phones and so did weirdos. Stay clear of that one, Jo.

1. No, no one can "hex" you over the phone. Or send "bad energy" down the phone, except in the normal, mundane way of being mean or pushy or whatnot.
2. Do some people know how to pitch their voice and phrasing to, essentially, relax the hearer into a kind of trance? Yep, but there is nothing mystical about that, though.
3 No one can "make" you paranoid, either, except yourself.
Well, OK, if someone doses you with the right drugs and then plays with your mind, they could "make' you paranoid, but that's the only example I can think of where it's not YOU making you paranoid.

if you believe in such things, then yes this is possible, although i don't think i true white witch would have done anything bad to you on purpose, they have this three fold law that says if you do something bad to some one you will get something three times worse happen to you. If however he is really not a white witch then maybe, as these do not pay attention to the three fold law and are normally out for their own gain. Don't worry about it, was probably something you ate. however i have some knowledge of these things so will see if i can find something in one of my books that will get rid of any "bad energy" that is surrounding you. Not sure if it will work view a message board though, oh well, can but try.

Ok, the whole witch color code thing? not real, you can thank the Christian church and Hollywood for that bit of fiction.
No Witch or Wiccan worth their salt would need a phone to send a hex, charm, bind, or healing energy to you any more than you do when someone prays for you, so if this person told you they were sending a hex through the phone line they are full of it.
Sounds like this person was pulling one over on you.
You would be surprised what you can convince people to do to themselves, just with the power of your own voice, I've done it more than a few times.
The people who are telling you that Witches or Wiccans can and will do no harm, do not understand the full meaning of the Rede, it's like people thinking they understand that "Thou shall not kill" is the correct interpretation of that particular commandment.

you have been reading those inappropriate, media-hyped "fluffy" Wicca books back have not you? don't think each and every thing you examine! before everything, any self respecting witch could on no account, under any circumstances deliver a "hex" to each person. those witches who do are going against the Wiccan tenant of "do harm to none" to not point out that we strongly have faith that in case you deliver any destructive capability to each person else, it returns to you threefold. i could suspect, that any witches who do deliver hexes to others are the two very youthful and green or are only immature and quite don't understand the regulations that govern the universe. as a techniques because of the fact the assumption of white witches, it is a theory i myself do not purchase. Polarizing the worldwide into strict diverse styles of excellent and evil is a Judeo-Christian theory. Wicca acknowledges that each and every thing interior the universe is a combination of distinctive polarizations of excellent/undesirable, black/white, woman/male, left/top, etc.each and every end of the spectrum is as equivalent and necessary because of the fact the different. not something is thoroughly good or undesirable yet a combination of the two. So, the practice of categorizing witches into training white as antagonistic to black magic is definitely illogical.

It's all a mind game. If you believe it, then it may come true. Me, I don't believe in witches, or astrology, or any of that stuff. Also to, some of my early family were readers. But nothing ever come about any of it. So, I don't believe it. But I do know a lady that went to these fortune tellers and wound up working 2 jobs to pay her and the bills, and she almost went crazy. She had little jars and said the stuff inside the were her children's souls. She guarded those bottles with her life, up until she died. The jars have been opened and her children still live today. It's all a mind game.

A true witch would never harm anyone, that even includes mentally. As going into a trance when talking to him , he could have just had a hypnotic voice, I have had that happen before, when listening to a Christian minister. This person you were talking to was not a witch, he was playing with your mind.

It sounds like you need to stop taliking to this guy. Lets just put aside what he does or doesn't believe and what he can or can't do for a minute.
Anyone who says that they can send bad *anything* down the phone at you needs to be avoided. If this person is threatening you then put the phone down and get the police involved.

sending hex's shouldn't be a part of white magic, and he was probably droning on so monotonously that anyone would have gone into a trance not unlike the professor in Ferris Bueller, lol
