I have an eating disorder so NO to dieting. I rarely eat as it is, and I do not need some type of diet to obsess over. I mainly eat twice a day, I know it's not healthy... but I am working on it. When I sit down there are no rolls or anything, it's like a straight line. I just to to tone up the flab that's everywhere; I have no muscle tone.

it is physiologically impossible to tone muscle, it is always that way. with out the proper nutrients and calories it's impossible to drastically reduce the body fat percentage. the body will only release stored fats when it is getting a regular intake of sufficient calories and nutrients, that's basic human biology.

decreasing the body fat with out a sound diet is like trying to build a house with a hammer and no building materials, it's not going to happen.

you want to lose body fat but you don't want to eat not only do you need therapy but you need to pick up a book on human biology.

check out this book: "the abs diet for women" by david zinczenko. ITS NOT A DIET DON"T WORRY! that is just a stupid marketing title thing! I PROMISE ITS NOT ABOUT DIETING! you will learn a lot about toning your stomach through a combination of toning exercises as well as proper nutrition. like i said a million times before this is NOT a diet...instead this will show you the proper way to feed yourself without cutting calories or food groups so it may even help you out with your eating problems. its fantastic! i use it and love it.
