I can help with 2 of them...

Pediatrician is a doctor so you'll need a 4 year undergrad degree, 4 year medical degree, and then internship/residency. What kind of advancements would you want? You'd be a child doctor...I supppose you could specialize as a child doctor in X, with X being neurology, gasto, etc.

The RN also requires a 4 year undergrad degree, and then passage of the boards after that. My sorority sister back in school got her 4 year degree and a job at a hospital, but then ended up having to quit because it took her 1 year + to pass her exam. She eventually did. Once you are an RN, you do have to go through additional training to become specialized - like the type of nurses who assist with surgeries, etc.

I believe a CNA is trained, but not a college degree.

Well - those jobs are all over the place. I suggest you do some research on this webpage:

It's a free service available through the federal government. It also provides you with wage information and skill requirements for the occupations.
