Actually it does. The RNA, conveniently called replicating can goof up the chain: mutations occur. In an individual that can amount to cancer. There are only a few people's complete dna that have been graphed. So there are plenty of places in an individuals dna that would have changed over a lifetime that never would be detected. Besides, how many people today have a record of their birth dna to compare to their dna twenty years hence?
