Ok this is my plan over 5 months I wont get bored of the food if ur wondering that. How much weight you think i can loose this way?
Im 14 5"6 and weigh 210 pounds my body fat percentage is about 30.

I wake up everyday and do 45 mins of cardio
walking 5mins running 10 mins walking 5 mins then repeat and for the other 5 mins i go on a diffrent machine that u push steps for 5 mins. I get really sweaty after that.

Then i rest for about 5-10 mins then i start weight training I work on all parts of my body with excercises like squats i do 100 rest then another 100 (it sounds like a lot but i can do it) calf raises, then i do 100 situps 5 sets of 20,then bicep curls with ten pound dumbells eacth hand, bicep bench presses, then finally upright rows.
After all that I eat a serving oatmeal with 1% milk or a serving of cheerios.
For lunch I eat a sandwitch including low fat turkey, low fat cheese, one tomatoe, some lettuce.
Dinner I eat a apple or salad. I drink lots of water.

that is basically a horrible diet. not only is it too low in calories it is insufficient in nutrients and not balanced. meals should look more like:

Breakfast:

4 egg whites cooked
1/3 cup whole oatmeal
serving of fruit

Snack:
cheese and nuts or seeds

Lunch:

low fat turkey
lentil soup (or another high fiber carb)

Snack:
beef jerkey
celery & peanut butter

Dinner:

3-4 oz. fish or lean meat
1-2 cups steamed vegetables

Snack:

1/3 cup cottage cheese
small green salad

yes you will get results...just make sure you are eating enough because when you don't eat enough you're actually destroying your metabolism and making it slow down which you DON'T WANT TO DO! you want it running at peak performance! it slows down because with so little calorie intake your body goes into starvation mode as a mechanism to keep you alive -- this means MORE fat storage and slower metabolic rate in order to conserve energy and make it last long enough to keep you alive where you really in a famine or lost at sea or something. there's no way to prevent this happening it is an evolutionary protection mechanism. also, make sure every meal is a balance of lean protein, healthy fat, whole grain carbs and lots of fruits and veggies! best wishes! :)

That should work really well, tho you should vary your diet a little. You could develop food allergies if you eat the exact same thing every day for a long time.

Keep up the good work!
