Additionally you will want to work on flexibility as well as strength in the knees. This is vital.

Since the advent of shaped skis and higher cut boots in the late 1990s the amount of knee related injuries has increased at an alarming rate. The chances of you breaking a leg are actually slim compared to blowing your ACL. So find some exercises that will help add strength and flexibility to your knees.

Back and torso strength are also important, but more so at advanced levels of skiing. Focus on the legs and knees first and worry about the rest as it comes.

I WENT DOWNHILL SKIIING ONCE IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!
anyways, u should work on ur legs 2 my opinion cuz u have 2 learn how 2 STOP , u can learn how 2 go faster and slowin down so work on the legs ;)

Mainly, your calves and thighs. When you get more advanced and there's more technique involved, you will also want a strong core (abs). You might want a little arm muscle to so when you fall, you can get back up!!!
