Mormons believe in:
the existence of many gods,
that gods, angels and humans are basically the same race,
that humans can become gods,
that the gods for the most part used to be human beings somewhere
that the Father,Son and Holy Ghost are 3 separate gods and that the Book of Mormon is equal to the Bible,
that there is also additional revelation in Doctrines and Covenants and The Pearl of Great Price,
that the President of the Mormon Church (who that is depends on which Mormon denomination is considered authoritive)is also Prophet and Revelator

JWS believe: that
there is only one god
that Jesus is not God equal to the Father
that Jesus is the incarnation of the Archangel Michael
that the Trinity is false
that the Holy Ghost is not a person but a force
that there is no Hell but extinction for all those who do not except the JW teachings
that governments and non Jw groups are part of a satanic world system

Both are:
not accepted as Christian by Trinitarian Christian Churches
reject other churches as apostate
claim to be the true and restored Church

nicely, Jehovah's Witnesses believe purely what's taught in the Bible. that's unique between the three. As regards a soul, Genesis 2:7 identifies what a soul is. "God proceeded to sort the guy out of dirt from the floor and to blow into his nostrils the breath of existence, and the guy got here to be a dwelling SOUL." It on no account says a soul replaced into an upload-on, yet a human will become a dwelling soul. maximum each and all of the thousand or so translations now in use agree that's the the superb option translation. Now the different 2 religions have their very own dreamed up concepts of what the soul is. yet that's what the Bible itself teaches. Can the soul die or is it immortal? lower back going to the Bible at Ezekiel 18:4, ". 4 look! each and all of the souls—to me they belong. with the aid of fact the soul of the daddy so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul it particularly is sinning—it itself will die." Repeating, "The soul it particularly is sinning—it itself will die." that's not immortal, putting around bothering the dwelling. alongside with this, the question of do all people sin? This too must be replied. Romans 5:12 does respond. "that's the reason, merely as by using one guy sin entered into the worldwide and loss of existence by using sin, and consequently loss of existence unfold to all adult males provided that they had all sinned—." with the aid of fact of this all of us die inspite of all efforts. Inherited sin handed down from Adam. with the aid of fact that that's what the Bible teaches, that's what Jehovah's Witnesses believe. you detect the others all get their concepts from pagan religions like hellfire and souls being eternal as ghosts. in fact, it particularly is the place they are transforming into maximum of their teachings. each and all of the trip journeys come from there relabeled. different than Easter, which they stole from pagans without changing something. there are a number of different issues diverse. This purely hits the extreme factors, which could comprise using God's very own call translated into English as Jehovah or Yahweh. The Bible tells us to apply that call and declare it as Jesus did at John 17:4-5. the different religions attempt to conceal it, bury it as much as they are in a position to. info is got here upon in the KJV of 1611, the single maximum folk have of their properties. There the divine call is used 4 cases. (Exodus 6:3; Psalm 80 3:18; Isaiah 12:2; 26:4. ) yet in the Revised KJV, it fairly is scratched out fullyyt. it particularly is fake religions doing that.

Big difference. We believe that there will be more than 144,000 people in heaven to begin with. And contrary to popular belief, only JW's believe they will be the only ones in heaven. We Mormons expect to see good Christians of all sects in heaven.

Jehovah's Witnesses use the Bible as their source of knowledge about God & his purposes the Mormons have a secondary book (book of Mormon) that they rely on & it doesn't agree with the bible
(Galatians 1:8) . . .However, even if we or an angel out of heaven were to declare to YOU as good news something beyond what we declared to YOU as good news, let him be accursed.. . .

(Colossians 2:8) . . .Look out: perhaps there may be someone who will carry YOU off as his prey through the philosophy and empty deception according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary things of the world and not according to Christ;

There is no difference. They both have rejected and added to the simple Gospel; message. The Lord Jesus Christ died for the sins of the world. All that would believe and trust in what He did for on the cross. He died for our sins, He was buried and took our sins away and He rose again the third day for our justification. Salvation is with out works. They both believe that that you must do good works to be saved. Ephesians 2: 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephesians 2: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
