To some people that is a sexual turn on. I dated a guy that liked to wear diapers and I must admit that it freaked me out quite a bit.
My best advice would be to go see a counselor about it. If it is not destructive behavior, they might say there is nothing wrong with it.
After that, I would suggest that you try to find partners with the same kink as you.

If you like wearing them, and it isn't interfering with your life, what exactly is the problem? It may seem strange to some, not so strange to others, like those that have no choice due to incontinence, but seriously if you LIKE it, what is your issue?
