No it does not,and your body get's dependent on it,you cant go to the toilet without it,it overworks your kidneys and destroys it.

they actually just help you lose the water weight. You do get lighter but exercise is still the best way to go.

Try combining it with a good diet and adequate exercise (this is still the best way to lose weight unfortunately)

be careful with laxatives, your body might become dependent on those.

NO! Do not go there! To lose weight, change your diet and get more exercise! Laxatives, if used for that purpose, will make you gravely ill!

Not only can your body become dependant on the laxatives, they can also dehydrate you. Not good.

you will only be lighter on the scale as the bowels are emptied. the body fat % obviously will remain the same so there will be no positive physical changes in the body
