No, Jesus was a Jew and he conformed to the dietary laws of Judaism. As for Mary covering her hair & body, I don't know and I don't care.

I've often wondered about whether or not Jesus ate pigmeat, and if not, why so many Christians shovel it down on their holidays. I don't eat pork, and I seem to be obsessing about it these days. I also wonder why the Muslims and Jews, both of whom revile the pig, don't team up against the Christians who eat swine.

Mary and Jesus were law-observing Jews. Jesus would not eat pork and Mary would dress in a very modest fashion.

Jesus and the rest of His family were good Jews.
This means they followed the laws and kept the customs of their day.
No pork, modest clothing

Jesus sait eat whatever you want (including pork). Mary didn't cover.
Neither of them is Muslim. Islam is from Satan.
