I've often wondered about whether or not Jesus ate pigmeat, and if not, why so many Christians shovel it down on their holidays. I don't eat pork, and I seem to be obsessing about it these days. I also wonder why the Muslims and Jews, both of whom revile the pig, don't team up against the Christians who eat swine.

Mary and Jesus were law-observing Jews. Jesus would not eat pork and Mary would dress in a very modest fashion.
