Mexper, there are no such words in polish as "carpenterski, plumberski, painterski" the words "carpenter, plumber, painter" in polish are "Cieśnia, Hydraulik, Malarz". And to answer the question, it doesn't really mean a thing. The endings basically depend on the geographic location and the language spoken.
