I am very surprised at your dream, which is an ancient depiction/symbolism of woman. Always young in the thinking at the top but forever wise and wary with the past to balance her decisions.
You must have some ancient genes in your background !
Anyway, the interpretation is obvious. Parts of you are not happy with the way you are handling life these days. Some ancient relic in your past or ancestral genepool programming is saying to you ;

Maybe it means you think she is some kind of evil vampire but actually she's wise, she just doesn't brag about it
