Start by getting a secured credit card from your local bank. After about a year, if you have been paying your bills on a timely manner, they will convert it to a regular unsecured card, and when this happens, you will be receiving more credit card applications in the mail than you know what to do with. However, you have to establish yourself as someone worth of their trust first. So keep in mind, pay your bills on time.

You can start buy opening a bank account, keep at least the minimum amount in..and keep some in savings. Apply for some credit cards. Be smart! And pay them off that month, that way no intrest and your keeping good credit and no debt.

When you go to buy large expensive things, and they see you have payed things back well and on time, you will get approved. :)

GO to a credit union or bank. Opena savings account. Svae up a little money, (a thou or so) and take out a loan using that account as collateral.
If you get a credit card. don't use it, they can get you in lot's of trouble real fast.
Alternatively use a cosigner for a small loan.

Go to a jewelry store and they will give u like a 300-500 limit. Pay it straight off and u will get a higher limit, before the due date. Or you can go to Macy's an get a 300 to 500 limit, and do the same pay it off fast!
