Might want to ask what happens after Gay marriage is legalized. What's next?
Perhaps mothers marrying sons, or daughters marrying fathers?
It would still be between consenting adults, no?

Actually, I've wondered about this as well. Gay marriage used to be impossible around the world and was viewed as a serious mental condition, as was incest and child rapes and things like that. Okay, so suddenly being physically intimate with someone of your own gender is not longer considered sick, but okay? Alright... so why is it wrong for siblings to marry? What if you're attracted to each other? Or what if a teacher wants to marry her 13-year-old student? What makes those things more wrong than homosexuality? Where are we going to draw the line? Are we even going to HAVE a line in the future? I have no idea.

Whether they recognized it as we do or not, it is obvious that those who first proscribed cousin marriage were all too aware of the genetic horrors that could result from such matings. If you're not willing to ruthlessly cull the teratological offspring, as were the ancient Egyptians, well, next best thing is to forbid the practice altogether.
As for gay marriage, I don't know any Christian mainline church which permits it or which performs it. Those clergypersons who perform such ceremonies are usually roundly castigated by their respective churches.
And of course Holy Mother Church would instantly defrock a priest who celebrated the Sacrament of Matrimony with same gender individuals.
Although, speaking as a friend to Mother Earth, I gotta admit getting gays to wed WOULD tend to cut down on the excess population a little bit, as it's a lead-pipe cinch that unless they practiced some heavy-duty, high-tech hi-jinks there would be no issue from such a union. And we could make it a condition that same-sex marriages would be legally recognized ONLY so long as they did NOT attempt to reproduce themselves. We could make it easy for them to adopt, though.

Huh? With one or two exceptions, religions disapprove of gay marriage. Marriage between first cousins is illegal because there is a greater chance of a child being born with genetic birth defects.

I think you meant COUSIN, not "cousine". To most rational thinking people, homosexual "marriage" isn't marriage. And there's nothing wrong with 2 people of the same sex wanting to provide for each other, if that is their desire, but marriage should continue to be out of the question.
First cousins cannot marry for obvious genetic reasons. Second or third cousins can, however.

The so-called "elite" of the world marry cousins all the time (examine the Rothschild family lines, or the so-called "royal" families of Europe).

You shouldn't inbreed in your own family..... I don't mind gay marriage, as long as they don't do their gay stuff around me or anyone else for that matter.... Cousin marriage is not OK(nor is gay marriage for that matter but whatever) because its inbreeding and that's not good for genetics, you need to breed with other families that aren't related to your own, if one falls in love with their cousin, than what is there problem..... Christianity doesn't except either gay marriage or cousins marrying cousins, hey I'm not christian but I just know by all of the christian leaders whinning about gay marriage and cousins marrying cousins is just plain sick....

Cousin marriages may cause genetic problems with the children. Why there needs to be a law for it, is because some people refuse to be convinced. Why do you worry yourself about gays?

Because cousins marrying negatively affects the gene pool, and gay marriage doesn't.

Neither are ok legally yet. And I seriously hope that cousin marriage is never legal talk about wanting to mutate the gene pool.

I have nothing against gay marriage at all, but are you implying that there is something wrong with cousins marrying? I don't plan to, but I don't care who does.
Albert Einstein married his cousin.
Spiritual gunslinger: I don't care who marries who, but I would urge anyone to use common sense and vasectomies where appropriate.
Indiana Raven: You can marry your cousin in half of the 50 states.
