I don't wake up with any blood on anything but in my nose. Any idea's of what's going on?

How old of a person are you?
It could be blood pressure is too high
and then again it could be nothing

When I was little I used to get lots of nose bleeds during the night too. It happens because the inside of your nose is dried out. I used to put some neosporin or vasline on the inside of my nose to keep it moistized, and that solved the problem completely.

If the nasal passages dry out or have irritants you may experience a nose bleed. I suggest you buy a bottle of Equate Saline Nasal Mist at WalMart for two or three dollars. Use this at bedtime and any time your nasal passages feel dry. It usually stops nosebleeds but if that doesn't help, ask your doctor.
