Due to a physical disability, I'm in a wheel chair non-motorized). I do have a weight problem (under 300lbs.) and am looking for exercises that I can do to help me lose weight. Currently I'm unemployed, so I can't really participate in things that cost a lot of money; I do get S.S. disability income. Also, I am not wheel chair bound; I can get on the floor to do exercises.

If you have any ideas, or know of any web sites that I can go to, please let me know Thank you.

P.S. Links to web sites would be helpful.

try bying two 10-15 lb weights and lift them While you watch t.v. Or, you could lay on your back an stretch your arms out at your sides and lift them up like a bird.
