hypoglycemia, that's also a blood sugar issue, just eat several snacks throughout the day and see your doctor.

Your problem is not diabetes. A person who has diabetes mellitus has high blood sugar or hyperglycemia. They have a a problem with insulin which means they do not metabolize sugar properly.

However in your case, you might be suffering from hypoglycemia. If you miss a meal or do not eat when you are supposed to, then your blood sugar will drop. A symptom of hypoglycemia is shaking.

Talk to your doctor and get a full blood workup.
Sounds like a blood sugar thing, my sister in law (Dingbat) does this same thing so she eats a lot of cheese as a quick fix but her problem is that she drinks like many people today ENTIRELY TOO MUCH WATER! When you drink too much water it dilutes whatever you have eaten, fills your bladder quickly and out it goes, so your body doesn't have time to get the nutrients from the food before getting rid of it, like being a walking toilet with the flush handle stuck!
Try eating an apple, orange something with natural sugars.
The cure that really worked for me when I forget to eat and feel light headed or weak is a nice glass of V8 Vegatable juice, gets me back up and running for the entire day almost instantly!
Sounds like you just aren't eating right but again, get a blood test just to be sure.
