Because you are a woman!
We bloat and retain fluids during certain times of the month.
Have you ever woken up and felt thin?

It can Just be water wieght. After an intense practice session, you can loose up to 6 lbs of sweat. You also loose about 2 pounds every night, pretty much all of which you gain back after eating. So maybe last time you wieghed in the morning, and then wieghed after drinking some water. You should wiegh yourself only in the moring, before breakfast to eliminate that problem.

Even then, if you ate somthing salty the day before, your body will retain more water and could be a few pounds heavier.

hope that helps.

It's common. It happens when you eat something salty or high in sodium the day before or a few days ago. Your body retains water. Sure drink a lot of water to wash the sodium out, and your weight will go down.

If you are a woman, you may also be retaining water around that time of the month. Nothing serious, will go away too.

You probably didn't gain 4 pounds of fat. The level of water in our bodies can vary a bit and water is heavy! Also, when you gain muscle you can gain weight - muscle is heavier than fat.
I wouldn't worry. You sound as if you're doing all the rght things. Four lbs is not a big fluctation.

most likely it is either excess water being stored from high sodium foods or high carb meals. the body does not increase fat stores at such a high rate so that is definetly not the problem. the body does not increase muscle mass at that rate so that is not the answer either.

this is a perfect example of why people should track their body fat as numbers on the scale can be deceiving. when you track your body fat you know exactly where gains and/or losses on the scale are occurring vs guessing

Your suitable healthful (skinny) weight on your age & height is a hundred and twenty lbs, a hundred and fifteen - a hundred twenty five pounds. you're a touch "underweight" now (at 113), it would be silly and "undesirable" to purpose to lose greater weight once you're already too skinny.

This is normal, as our body expells and retains water. You should weigh yourself about once a month over longer periods of time, to get a better reading. Also, you should weigh yourself at the same time of day.

Mesomorph, the average person. Endomorph, people who gain muscle and fat easily. they have round chins and bulged bodies.

Depends on what foods you are eating and when and how much.Just cause you exercise does not mean you will lose weight. Are you eating more carbs and calories then your loosing while exercising. Its hard to tell.
