hi there i have been going to the gym for 2 years and am i keen jogger , i jog 10 km every time i go and i go 4 times a week but the thing is i have muscles in my legs now and my legs look big is the only way to get rid of that is to stop jogging,??xx

you would need to decrease the total bodyweight and/or body fat %. just like fat you can't spot reduce muscle so to decrease muscle mass in that area it would come at the cost of decreasing muscle mass all over the body which then of course slows down the resting metabolic rate and increases the body fat %. if you are young enjoy the muscles, as don't see many women in there late 30's and 40's with an excess of muscle. the more muscle you have now the more there will be years down the road

stop taking in so many calories.. and you wont build muscle. Most likely you will lose it. Run more lift weights less
