Everytime I eat, even when I eat small portions, my stomach starts to hurt and I feel like I have acid in my throat and I need to vomit.

What can I do to help it?

It sounds like you have acid reflux or a small ulcer.
Usually, acid reflux and ulcers are caused by caffeine/alcohol intake and/or going to bed with a full stomach.

Here's how I fixed mine. It went away forever after a month:
-Don't eat within 3-4 hours of bedtime. After that, only drink water. Only take Zantac or Prevacid around this time.
-Stop drinking carbonated drinks, and citrus juices for a while. They have an acidic pH and will tear up your stomach.
-No alcoholic drinks, coffee, and tea, at least for a while. All cause stress to the lining of your stomach and esophagus. Tea and coffee (and some dark beers) contain tannin, the chemical used to turn cowskin into leather. it does something similar to your stomach.

It sounds like you may have it. There are many over the counter medications which work quite well. The more expensive ones like Zantax work for a longer period of time than the cheaper ones like Tums.

These symptoms are mostly due to gastritis (inflammation of the stomach) with spasm or constriction of its outlet (pylorus)
It may be associated with acid reflux
It's better you consult your GP for complete evaluation
