Yes...ear mites are contagious. If one of your pets have ear mites, it's best to treat all your animals!

A dog can pass earmites to other dogs and I'm sure they can pass them to cats as well.

if it has a bad enough case of them i do believe they can be passed on to anything with ears if they get close enough.
