i left the country for work here in taiwan and after a few months, she wrote me a letter asking me if i still have the same feelings for her. She then told me that she liked me too. She told me to court her again to make our relationship official but then when i started communicating with her and begin courting again, i have noticed some signs like; "can we remain friends for now?" then there's a time i called her that she told me that i should limit calling because she's affraid that she might get caught into a "relationship issue" by her parents where in fact she never complained before when i used to call her. sometimes she refuses to talk with me and tell some alibis. I even caught her talking with a guy on her cellphone's line 2. My question is, is it possible that she already have chosen someone else to be her lover instead of me?

She's playing games or unstable. Leave her alone. When she lonely, she's using you to fill in the gap.

Sounds like she is confused.

Start by laying it on the line, tell her waht you expect in a 'relationship' and waht she can expect from you.

Make sure that you highlight the part about not playing second fiddle or being the standby in the event her current relationship doesn't work out.

Just talk to her about your concerns. You find out that way ;-) Plus, she's probably have other aspects that need solving, but it does not seem like something that you should worry about ;-)
