In France, they charge extra to eat at the cafe, so many people will take their sandwich out and walk while they eat it. Most French people are extremely fit, so if anything it's a great way to eat.

No. I ate while standing up for several months following a car accident. I had injured my back and it was very painful to sit down. As a side note, you will burn more calories standing up as opposed to sitting down.

No it does not. Lying down and eating is bad for people who are ill or weak; they risk choking, but standing is just fine.

nope, nothing. the body is still in the same position, if sitting or standing the stomach is still okay. there is nothing wrong or dangerous.

i think it would be better to sit so you can relax and you can digest it better otherwise you could wind up with an ulcer
