It will only afect it if you divorce, or if your move is because of marital problems, but if its for job and better money there is none

3 months before the expiration date on the conditional green card you will have to apply to remove the conditions. You will need to send in proof that you and your wife are still living together as husband and wife. That will be difficult if you are in different cities.

it may take an extremely long term to get a companion green card. once you get your green card, it is going to likely be a conditional card; after 2 years of marriage you're able to be able to desire to word for a removing of conditional status.

3 months and you want to leave your wife just because of a job? Wow, she must feel very special.

My advice to you is to go, take the job, since it is more important to you than your wife. Then, when she divorces you, USCIS will see that you just used her for the green card.

I have a lot of foreign friends here in the US, but I have also seen tons of people like you that use American citizens for whatever they wish, and then throw them away like yesterday's garbage.

You're setting yourself up for failure. It's going to look like your marriage is fake and in 2 years when you try to get a permanent green card you will have big trouble. Think about it.

Did you need an attorney to get the card? My wive and I have been married since May and we need to get her a green card. How did you do it?

well, if it looks to La Migra that your marriage is a sham, then yes -- your green card might well be revoked and you deported.

of course, there would be lots of court hearings before that happens ...

unfortunately
