I'm 13 and would lyk 2 go frm a size eight to a size 6 in eleven days starting frm now.I'm sick at the moment so i dont have alot of energy so i cant go jogging or any full on exircises.I've cut out all unhealthy food and eating 3 healthy meals a day now.what cardio excirsises would be most affective and could u give detail to how 2 do the excircise u suggest just in case i dont know it?thanx

Well, I'd suggest running because it is the most effective way to burn to fat. In your situation, however, you can't. If you're stuck at home (meaning you can't go biking, hiking, etc.), I'd suggest maybe trying yoga or aerobics. Yoga isn't considered cardio by some, but it definitely burns a large amount of calories. Google 'Yoga workouts', and you should be given a good amount of workouts.

hi its darkish princess i think of nutrition plan and excerise is the superb way of dropping weight. until eventually now i answer i could choose to ask some question what's the fashion of deit u use (eg( nutrition type what kind of excerise u take part in bescause if your physique isn't undertaking that's no longer excerise

If your wanting to lose more weight you'll need to increase your food intake as well, I would suggest a snack in between meals b/c you will be hungry. Some good ways to speed up your metabolism would be to run for two minutes and walk for a minute you will need to trick the body in order to burn fat or shed more pounds you could also do this on a treadmill as well. you would start off on a low speed and then gear up to a higher speed, up and down for about 20-30 minutes.

Aerobics would work for this as well, when your almost out of breath just walk in place and then start it all over again.

The 2 size thing is probably too much and too risky, but any cardio works. Cardio is cardio, if you enjoy it then you'll do it more. My favorite cardio is dance workouts.

walking is the best exercise. walk as fast as you can. it's not a good idea to lose weight fast, though.
