There should be a bin that the water collects in that you can remove to dump the water. I wouldn't suggest reusing the water it collects.

You sure can do that because that way you can save more and reuse it many times before needing to acquire another one.

During rainy days, molds and mildews sprout up from everywhere. Even the cleanest household is not exempted from this. Even if you clean up your house everyday and spray on an air freshener, the moldy air won't escape your house completely. It will come back after the air freshener wears off.

There is a solution for molds and mildews problem. With house dehumidifiers, humidity level in the house can be put into 45%, a level that does not only make us feel more comfortable and less fatigued, but also prevents molds and mildew from growing.

Make sure to clean and rinse them often in weather like this.

Dehumidifiers are designed to be drained. When all else fails, read the instructions.

try a wet/dry vac....also make sure you clean the filter very well! a dirty filter can disperse bacteria into your environment. clorox/water solution is great for cleaning.
