What you should do is forget about losing 4kg in 4 days. It's completely unrealistic, and even though there are actually ways you could probably do it, the way they are done means that the weight will jump right back on once you stop doing them. If you kept on doing them, then you'd develop one of those lovely eating disorders that models, actresses and half the female population have developed these past few years.
A little bit of forward planning would have been a lot more useful to you than this last-minute panic. As someone interested in fashion, you should know that there are clothes you can wear that make you look slimmer than you actually are. That's probably your best bet.
Good luck

4 kilos in 4 days is not a very healthy way of achieving your weightloss goal, sweet.
Still, I would recommend you jump a rope atleast 10 minutes everyday as more cardivascular exercises mean more fat burn. Along with this eat healthy stuff like a bowl of cereal (if you are a cereal person).
I personally prefer a glass of carrot juice with apple or a milkshake (just blend semi-skimmed milk with a small apple and some frozen strawberries or any other fuit of your choice). For lunch have a whole-grain bun with tomatoes and a slice of fresh cheese (cottage cheese which is usually lower in fats). For dinner have a chicken breast as you would need proteins to kinda replace the fat-loss. Please remember that these are only guidelines and you are free to choose whatever you like to eat as long as you don't over-eat and it is not too fattening.
Again I would emphasize that you EAT! If you won't eat while exercising then your body tends to go into a shock coz it realizes that you are trying to starve it so it closes up thus you don't lose weight. It is the body's natural defense mechanism if you can call it that.
Eat non-caloric food or negative calorie foods. Negative calorie foods are those that would require a lot more energy from your body to digest but give very less energy back. eg. apple or orange or vegetables. These will make your body work hard so say your body uses 10% of its energy to digest one apple but after digestion an apple will only give you 1% energy BACK! That means you used 9% of energy to just eat an apple. Get my point?
You eat and lose weight not the other way around. Also combined with aerobic exercise (like jogging jumping or crunches {but try not to over do the crunches as it is not very healthy to do so many at the start coz you might end up with cramps or a very sore body the next few days}) you are guaranteed to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF!
All the best!

I don't know any way to lose weight so drastically. Even if you starve yourself for 4days you'll be feeling very low, tired and with a bad skin on D-Day. When you'll start eating again you'll gain those kilos right away and am sure the modeling agency guy will notice right away. You didn't mention your height nor weight but I guess that the most important during a casting is to be glowing and not exhausted from deprivation. Good luck

Okay listen--Why are you freaking out? You'll be FINE! You do not need to go to extremes to prove you're naturally beautiful......it is the confidence that will win you out. Yes, I know that weight control is a big thing, and I will tell you, you can lose weight by eating lots of vegetables (fresh), fruit (fresh), skim milk, tons of water, and just go by the food guide pyramid okay? Plus, your activity level DOES have to go up. 30 minutes is good, but try upping it to 40 minutes after a couple of days, and you have to give yourself time. 4 days is not enough. I'm sorry, but it is not SAFE. 2-2.5 lbs a week is doing awesome. Good luck......YOU WILL BE GREAT!

Weight Loss:
Your body is a part of you and should be treated that way consistently.
If you choose to be small and fit then you must live a life of "small and fit".
There is no magic or magic pill that will do this for you.
Don't just lose the weight for a special occasion or date that is a lie about who you are.

There is a 3-day diet that you are supposed to lose 10 pounds by doing it. It is all safe healthy foods and was given to me by a doctor. I lost 7 pounds last time I did it. As 4 kilos is 8.8 pounds it might be what you are looking of. E-mail me if you want the diet plan. Good luck!!!

Fiber capsules help too. Make sure it's all natural, like psyllium fiber "metamucil". Make sure you get vitamins like B12 esp. Just drinking water is dangerous. You can also die if you drink to much. Google it! If you exercise to lose weight, do low impact for longer time. Than hitting it hard for a short time. It also took me years to figure this one out. Walking causes you to lose weight, and running develops endurance and cardio. So walk and do low impact for losing weight.

There is no quick easy way to lose weight. Even if you manage to shed a couple pounds the unhealthy way, there is a huge chance you will gain twice the amount back.

Well, you may not understand this right now, but I have to ask. If you are reacting this extremely just to try to get into modeling, what do you think the long-term effects of working in the career will do to you? The stress will probably convince you to do all sorts of unhealthy things just to maintain. Think seriously before you get into it.
