Does anyone else think that there should be two separate categories for questions separating the digital and film mediums?

just moving all the "what's the best camera, how do I pick the best camera for 2 dollar? questions to one catagory would clear the area greatly

but yes separate would be nice

I don't think it makes any difference, if you are a photo enthusiast you already know the differences.

Also, there is going to be a crossover between the digital slr's because the question could be about the lenses in slr's that are used for both film and digital cameras.

As a dedicated film user I still enjoy the questions about digital cameras. I read Shutterbug magazine monthly and keep somewhat current with the new technology. I've found that much of what I've learned in 36 yrs. using 35mm Minolta cameras translates to the digital world.

Leave this forum as-is.
