If one's goal was to develop type 2 diabetes, then this would be an excellent way to go about it.
The only thing that would make this even slightly healthy would be if it were dark chocolate, which does contain some lovely things that are good for you, but you're only supposed to eat about 100 calories of it per day, which is about 4 squares.
Not 4 giant cubes.

That isn't a good substitute for healthy food. You would feel the loss of what you need in short order. Don't do this to yourself.
