Almost all Greek food is going to be healthy if you use portion control. They practice a Mediterranean diet, which includes lots of fish, olive oil, lamb, and other healthy things. About the only thing I can think of that's not healthy is baklava, and you just have to try it at least once! As far as healthy, unless you are going on a guided tour that drives you everywhere, you're going to get all the exercise you need just sightseeing! Greece is a very up and down hill place, and climbing all over things like the Parthenon will more than take care of any indulgences. Enjoy!

1. Greek Salad with feta cheese
2. Olives
3. Barbunni ( kind of fish )

Actually, to be honest, that's all. Greece is known for sweets and meat, such as lamb. :)
