can you please help me to create a nurisng dx for acute abdominal pain, she has UTI with a cc of fever and abdominal pain...

is this nursing dx of mine is correct, Acute pain (abdominal) related to medical problems

OK, the nursing dx you could formulate includes:

>>"Alteration in comfort: acute abdominal pain secondary (or due) to UTI."
>> or Simply....
"Acute Pain due to UTI." is also a NANDA acceptable diagnosis.

Other nursing dx applicable to your patient includes the following suggestions:

>>"Potential for altered urinary elimination due to UTI."
>> "Hyperthermia secondary to UTI."
>>"Potential Fluid volume deficit due to fever."

Don't nurses usually say something like "alteration in comfort secondary to abdominal pain" ?

Nursing diagnoses always make me glad I'm a doctor. Much more straightforward!

I suggest you get the paramedic disgnosis of thoracic, abdominal, pelvic, and other pains...
Let doctors out and you will be safe.....
