There are two ways to handle the objective situation.

1) Do not use one. Your objective is to get the job that you are applying for. If your objective on your resume doesn't not match the objective of the hiring company, you will not be considered for the job. When Human Resources looks at your objective and says "we can't offer that" they will go on to the next resume.

2) Write your objective to match each and every job for which you are applying. This way the above situation will not happen to you.

The objective on a resume is just a few sentences telling what your goals are professionally &/or personally. What skills &/or abilities do you have to utilize? If your college education (if any) has prepared you for that type of job.

Hope this helps..............good luck ; )
