My brother is 14 and im 16 and he is a total pain in the @zz. Last night he got on my last nerve and I totaly went off on him. He's been annoying me since last week, it like he's the younger brother front hell!
I was on Myspace when he was just doing random little things just to piss me off and I had it!
I told him " F*** you you little s***, just f*** off and leave me the hell alone, You have just been a total pain in the @zz and I'm sick of it!" He looked pretty scared and he ran away from me. It felt so good to let out all that anger bus so bad to yell at my younger brother. I tried say I was sorry but he just wouldn't anwser me. Do you think I was TOO harsh for yelling at my brother like that? My friends think he'll get over it and my parents took a 2 week trip to Ohio and their cell phones don't get a signal there so I can't get in touch with them

I know that I used to get on the nerves of my brothers when I was growing up and believe me they not only had harsh words but also had harsh actions! Your little brother is more than likely doing this so that he gets your attention. Take the time to help him grow up and love him because in the end you will see that he will end up protecting your butt from anyone or thing. Give him time to pout and try to do something special with him today that makes him feel wanted. Life is short and take the time to ask yourself--How would you feel if he died? Just think about how you would feel if he was ill or in severe pain and you couldn't do anything about it. Show him Love because sometimes.....Tomorrow never comes.

janni has a great point. My twin sister was killed in a car accident when we were 21. When I think of the arguments and angry words I said to her through out our lives, I get so sick at heart. I want so much to go back and change it. Tomorrow is only a dream. What you have is now and now is the time to make sure your little brother, no matter how much of a pain he is, knows you love him and would never ever hurt him. I do think you were too hard on him. Go to him and tell him you love him. Tell him you just got irritated and didn't mean to hurt his feelings. People are a lot more sensitive then we realize. Make today right with him. Don't wait until tomorrow. It may never come.

Hi its nice that you feel bad about hurting your brothers feelings but even though he was being a pain and you lashed out its called sibling rivalry its natrual to fight with our siblings. Just tell him your really sorry and find a way to make it up to him he probably just wanted attention from his big sister. So he will get over it you were a little harsh, not too harsh though. You were frustrated tell that to him and even if he is still upset he will get over it sooner or later.Dont stress the matter to much. You didnt do anything too bad. You have your limits too. He had his feelings hurt and all you can do is tell him your sorry with a big fat cookie to insure an acceptance! Good Luck!

Well, it sounds like he got the message. Little brothers can get to be a royal pain sometimes. If he will sit still long enough, try apologizing one more time for yelling. At the same time remind him you would be more willing to accomodate whatever it is he wants to do, if he would try to be better behaved.
Since you're on your own until your parents call,or return, the two of you have to reach some compromises. Otherwise it could be a very long 2 weeks.

Well you are brother and sister and you will fight. Your friends are right he will eventually get over it because guys don't tend to hold on to things as much as girls do. The problem is you feel bad for the things you said to him and you should. It was a little to harsh and I do think you should tell your brother how you feel. Tell him you were mad and you didn't mean to say all the mean things you said and just explain to him why he annoyed you so much. It will be better than just waiting for him to get over it.

Your brother was looking for attention in the only way a 14yr old knows how to do it, by being obnoxious. Actually that's his job and from your reaction he did a great job of it! Make him a cake or cookies and tell him you really are sorry you lost your temper and you love him.

I would never use that as a punishent. I think that just trying to talk things over would work better. What would that even teach him anyway? That dressing up in that dressing up in the other genders clothes is bad and a punishment?

Just give him a big juicy kiss. No 14 year old boy can remain angry at a 16 year old girl after a big juicy kiss.
