Samuel Smith's, Tadcaster, Yorkshire. Any of their varieties tho' I more often get Pale Ale, IPA, Brown Ale, Porter, Oat Stout. They have the oldest blue slate mash tuns in continuous usage in the world, so their equipment is broken in :-) My dream vacation is to go to Yorkshire and spend a few days in Tadcaster, mostly at the nearest pub to Smith's.
