An omniscient and omnipotent and omnipresence deity knows every thing and can be every where.

"GOD is nowhere" is "GOD is now here"

Reference 1:
"Where does God dwell?
God dwells wherever we let God in."
[The Kotzker Rebbe (1787-1859), a leader of a Hasidic Jewish movement]

"When we view and act in this world with a heart of revernce, God will abide within it. Every moment we have a choice, I think, to treat God's creation with reverence or to look at it as an object to bend to our will, to be subdued or consumed. We make these choices a thousand times a day.
A thousand opportunities to let God in or shut God out.
For me, it puts even the smallest choices in perspective."
( Lauren)

Reference 2:
"we must discuss what the heavens are and what they aren't. The physical heavens are the sky, atmosphere, and universe up above us. The Greek word for "heavens" is a compound-word literally meaning "UP-SEE". The heavens are what you see when you look up. Now the word "heavens" is also frequently used in a metaphorical or spiritual sense. Most of us are taught that Heaven is a place where God and angels live. God does not live and dwell in a place called Heaven, God lives and dwells in You, (2 Corinthians 6:16, 1 John 4:12-16). Yes, the heavens are God's throne, (Isaiah 66:1), but is not God's throne in His temple? Yes! And where is the temple of God? You! You are temple of God with God enthroned within You! The "kingdom of God"/"the kingdom of the heavens"/"Heaven" is within you, (Luke 17:20-21). The heavens are within you. The heavens metaphorically represent the spiritual state of consciousness."

Reference 3:
In NARASIMHA Avatar, Lord Vishnu incarnates himself as a semi-man and semi-lion form after Prahlad said, "He is everywhere"

Reference 4:
The Lord is the inner controller of every individual or Antharyami , one of the five forms of the supreme being .
The other forms of His are Para , Vyuha , Vibhava and Archa .
Para is the highest form of Vishnu found only in Sri Vaikuntha also called Nityavibhuti or Moksha.
The Vyuhas are said to exercise different cosmic functions and principles, and control the activities of all living beings.
The well known avataras of Vishnu (10 in number) are his Vibhavas.
Icon or idol form of worship is Archa.
Antharyami or inner consciousness:
From the study of Subalopanishad , Antharyami-Brahmanam section in Brhadaranyakopanishad and Sad-cidya section in Chandogya Upanishad , we come to the understanding that just as the Jeevan has an atomic sized body of its own , there is Lord , who pervades the body of that jeevan as its soul (Antharyami ) and controls and supports it . Thus Antharyami Brahman is understood as the soul of souls ( jeevans ).
He has thus anthar-vyapthi as well as bahir vyapthi ( pervasive presence with in and outside all of His creations , sentienrs and insentients ) .
" Anthar bahisccha tath sarvam Vyapya Naarayana: sthitha: " says another Upanishad . Therefore , He is not circumscribed or limited by other things ( vasthu pariccheda rahithan ) . God is not A or B or C or D , but He is A,B, C, D etc .
Anyone , who does not understand His presence in other creations of His, has a lamentable life on this earth .

The seventh heaven is a belief of mystical Judaism also adopted by Islam. The Bible mentions the the third heaven - possibly where God dwells.

The Lord dwells in every believer, but I believe that the word says Paul visited the third heaven. So my guess would be the third heaven. Not the firmament, not space but somewhere beyond?

In numerology seven represents the search for and awareness of being, hence the use of the number in this context.

In physical terms authentic 'being' (Christ Self) might be attained by the heart/brain intersection - a measurable energy field. We bury in the subconscious what is invalidated about us during early development and the brain develops a complex (ego) defensive system to keep it that way.

Ego death can only be accomplished in the thinking brain (as opposed to reptilian/survival and old mammalian/emotion parts that were operative during ego identity development). Neurocardiology is a new field that is researching the heart/mind energy connection. If the 'Lord' (authentic Self) is buried in the heart (remember 'what you treasure lies in your heart' phrase?), is self-validated and the neo-cortex (creative thinking) is reconnected only to that essential being and purpose (because the belief system of the learned ego has been discarded) just imagine the power of causation you would be tapping in to, considering the malleable nature of Reality.

Everywhere by His personal aspect and His energies. He is situated within every living entities heart (as super soul) as well as with in every atom. We are His separated energies. Though we are separate, He always remains the same and He is always unaffected by His material energy.(though we sometimes become covered by Maya(Illusion) The Bhagavad Gita as it is explains the great science of how to see God in everything and everywhere. That does not mean to say everything is God. But we (all jiva souls) are part and parcel of Him.We have all the qualities of God but never in the same quantity. Like a drop of water of the ocean is non different from the ocean but never becomes in full the great ocean. Simultaneous oneness and difference. We never become God but we can become godly in our pure state. God is everywhere but one needs to learn the process how to see His personal Feature within this material world. And also realize the light energy is His impersonal feature. Though they are pat of Him they are only aspects of Him.
