Any dessert that isnt hot or warm is obviously a cold dessert...
This is a good example of a cold dessert i hope they help:
Frozen Raspberry Desserts
2 (3 1/2 ounce) cartons vanilla pudding
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup raspberries
Line 8 muffin cups with paper muffin liners. Fold together all ingredients. Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups; cover and freeze at least 2 hours. Remove dessert 10 minutes before serving so it will be easier to eat.

cold desserts...hmm
well start of with thinking of the two words cold then dessert.
think of a desert which is cold, like ice cream, not a warm apple pie. i would recommend u start researching and describing all the cold deserts you know and research them and explain them.
look at some restaurant menus to get an idea.
Desserts are classified as a meal you eat after your main meal which are usually sweeter and more unhealthy. some are cold and some arent. think of the obvious
