It includes Sunday. Why don't they just say "everyday"?

Yes. Think of it this way: How else would you say it to include Sunday? Monday thru Monday?

The time frame you're referring to is Monday THROUGH Sunday, so this includes all of Sunday...
12:01 Monday AM through the week to Sunday night at 11:59PM. (I didn't incldue the last minute...12:00AM because that tends to confuse people).

Yes, it includes Sunday. Although, most stores and malls have different hours on Sunday. Our biggest mall opens at noon on Sunday.

you did say "thru Sunday". I would take that to mean including the whole day on Sunday.
