You have to spend nearly 30 to 40 thousand dollars. That is approximately 15 to 20 lakh rupees without scholarship.

approximate 30000$ to 40000$ (i.e. 13Lto 17L per year) if you are going to IV school like UCLA or perdue fees are much more higher (up to 90K $) besides fees you require living expenses up to $10k to $12k minimum
if your profile is good many univ offer scholarships
or you can try for assistantship that is on campus jobs
this year RIT, u of Florida ,neu Boston and many other univ has given good amount of scholarship to student with good profile. some student got full scholarship
