my cordless house phone is not working . the base unit is still on but the phone itself wont work ... i think its the batteries but i dont know wear to go to get new ones because they need to be able to be charged up because its cordless , i only need two batteries size AAA 1.2V 550mAh does anyone no what and wear i can get knew ones thank you

all most any shop has AAA (triple A) batteries. but some phones have a certain type of batteries (the company's type...more money for the company) check it out...bring the receiver into the shop, you cant mess up then!!!!

AAA size batteries are the ones for mp3 players (small and skinny). You can get them from anywhere! Just remember to get rechargeables or you WILL mess up your phone good and proper...

have you tried any of the shops i.e argos,woolworths,fone shops? or just try the internet! ask a daft question get a daft answer back sorri
