To be honest with you I also think you are both too young. But its a great thing to have a friend thats likes you as much as you like him. You are both going to get along just fine. Just do what normal 9 and 10 years old do at your age. Dont try to grow up so fast. You have pleanty of years ahead of you. For now I suggest you both concentrate on school help each other out with homework and catch a movie together now and then.

Yes you are too young to date. Although having a boyfriend at your age would be okay. Just have your parents take you out places and write each other love letters.

No your not too youg just remember your limitations. go ask him out its the modern age girls or boy there are no rules on who asks first......dont forget to check with his doctor, he might have any diseases of some sort
