It could mean he likes you very much?! He has an ego! A male ego at that! They're very big ya know? What if you shoot him down! His ego like a woman's feelings. Can also be crushed?! Maybe he hasn't found the strength to endure the pain that you may bestow upon him?! He doesn't know if you will or not. But? What if you did?! Give him his strength through you. If you like him? Let him know?!

Without knowing more of the situation it is really hard to say what the situation is. It is possible that he likes you and is afraid that this might be noticeable if he looks at you, and is afraid to let it show. He might think you might read into how he looks at you, or in his opinion he could be very conceited and that you might not be worth his time. There are endless possibilities, it would likely be something that is not suggested.

it might mean they are not interested or they don kno how to handle the situation, also if they are unsure ur trying to get theyre attention, sometimez boyz have trouble getting the signs
