Ooh so many ways!
with a spoon straight out of the jar
dipping marshmallows in it
thickly spread on toast with banana on top
dipping fruit in it!

Nutella muffins...mmm

2 1/2 cups SR flour
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
125g melted butter, cooled
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup (250mL) butter milk
1 cup (250mL) Nutella

1.) Grease 12 hole muffin pan (1/3 cup capacity)
2.) Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl
3.) in a measuring jug, beat eggs, stir in cooled butter and butter milk
4.) make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients in one go, stir until just combined
5.) spoon 1/3 of the mixture into prepared pans, top with 1 tbsp nutella
6.) Top with remaining muffin mixture
7.) Bake in moderately hot oven (200C or 390F) for 20 minutes

Break open and enjoy the gooey hazelnut goodness...

nutella ravioli....
get small wonton wrappers.. put just a drop of nutella in and fold-seal.. drop in hot oil for just amoment till it puffs and turns light gold..
let cool for just a moment and eat them all..
make more for the kids..
make for for the hubby..
make more for the kids........
warm, and gooey, and crispy...


or, in bread plain, or with bananas, or with a spoon from the jar...

I love to drop walnuts in the jar and scoop them out with a spoon and eat it that way. I also love it spread thickly on toast and on pancakes.

i usually mix a big spoonful into a small tub of cool whip, for instant hazelnut-chocolate mousse. my kids eat the rest directly out of the jar, with a big glass of milk.
