Now why would U want gain weight? Unless you are really underweight!- Visit kentucky , enjoy the crispy chicken, Macs for nice buggers and fries! Fish & chips and Ooh La La, all the stuff we avoid and are asked to avoid
I would love nice yummy Crusty bread, with soft cheese and Pure butter! Nice frothy milk shakes_ good for u too
Ice- creams? Go for it- There are more ways to pout on then lose weight!

not really...coconut oil is high in medium chained triglycerides (MCT's) which are shorter chained fat molecules which the body utilizes more like sugar but with out the increase in blood sugar and insulin. because of the shorter chained molecule MCT's are less likely to cause an increase in fat storage when compared to longer chained fatty acids like those found in meats, nuts and seeds.

to gain weght, you must have a diet consisting mainly of carb & fat. But chose good fat so as not to suffer from heart probs and so on.opt for a sedentary life.
