Muslims, What you think of atheists?

Well, I for once found certain atheists very kind and good. But these were on spiritual quest. They made unbiased statements and were very tolerate of Islam. Others, who have already made up their mind, I dislike them coz they only know how to riducle and insult you. For those who don't, I know better not to generalise coz we Muslims are the victims of it too. So, please let me know what u feel.

Ive got atheist friends, I dont judge them based on their beliefs at all.

We speak of many topics, both religion and non religious. And I find them to be extremely smart and well spoken.

I cant generalize much tho.

On this site, Ive seen loads of bias from both atheists and others alike.

Ive also seen certain atheists act like theyre the only ones with logic and reason.

So theyre too varied for me to make a distinction.

However, Ive come to the overall conclusion that there are 2 kinds of atheists:

1. the religiously numb atheist: has no thoughts of god, religion or anything and is very much devoid of all thoughts (good and bad)

2. the religiously ill affected atheist: these are people who have been negatively affected by their parents, their education or their environment into disliking religion.

So my responses vary to both kinds if I feel they fit in any one of these categories.

There are just are many atheists attacking here as Chritians. I suppose you get a lot of Chritians on an atheist board out of curiosity also The vicious comments seem to be more ridiculing all religion, calling God the Tooth Fairy. Isn't that your god and my god? Still some of the purest people I have know where atheists. It says the law made us aware of sin so the odd thing is that atheist sometimes are more pure for a time, not being aware of sin. It seems God gives us all an equal chance, He would. Everyone has something to offer and if we all come together we might find we all need each other to put the puzzle of the world together and put the world together. That may be the plan for the end times. God is too pure to behold evil. If we put the best together and left the rest we could work together and argue about the differences while we work. I don't think of the trolls here as atheist, quite, as I doubt they think about those things very deeply, or some Christians, or Muslims either. I think of trolls more as having the emotional intelligence or emotional maturity of children without the innocence. To live backwards is evil, you might say. I kind of like the idea of getting rid of the thumbs down and putting star there instead for if you like the answer. Thumbs down was an old symbol in Roman Arena for kill them. Some times it was Christians they were actually killing. On Calmness' point you might subdivid each group as, say, constuctive and destructive. Perhaps the Dieties idea is to have one God so we will be united, not divided.

that's super u left that faith... however i don't help atheists , i could particularly be atheist than muslim. merely tell em, yet on condition that ur specific they gained't kill you. Haha and rub it of their faces.

Atheist are creature of God, similarly respectful as anyone else. Just we pray for their gidance to the right path of One and only ONE God.

We Muslims do not usually generalize. All those who do not believe in Allah are the same, whether they are atheists or not. We are ordered to treat all people with respect and do not force our religion on them. Yes, we believe that they will all go to hell, but that does not mean that we do not have to treat them good.
