When I was a kid, rice chex with whole milk and SUGAR
When I was a teenager, rice crispies, with low-fat milk and SUGAR
When I got middle age, frosted flakes with fat-free milk and no sugar.
(when I was a kid they called them SUGAR Frosted Flakes).
Then I went to corn flakes with fat-free milk, splenda instead of sugar.

Now I no longer eat cereal. If you eat something long enough, you will get tired of eating it.
