Make two slices of toast, heat up a small can of beans and pour the hot beans on the toast. You can get cute and add flavourings to the beans.

Hi,
You toast some bread, and then butter it.
You open a tin of beans and then put them in the saucepan, heat untill the beans are hot,
then pour over your toast, making sure the toast is on a plate.
Eat and enjoy.

I would boil a pot of water and place a can of unopened beans in the water and wait for it to boil. Leave tin in boiling water for 5 minutes. Mean while put a couple of slices of bread in a toaster and toast to the colour you like. Then butter (optional) taken can of beans out of water and place on read. Sorry I forgot dont put the hot can on the toast as it wont be very tasy. Wrap hot can in a tea towel and open the can and poor beans directly on toast. Throw can away and eat . I use this mehod because it does not dirty the saucepan.

Assuming there is no hidden agenda in this question the answer is:
Toast some bread while heating baked beans. Place toast on plate, butter toast (optional), place beans on toast. Eat - preferably using knife and fork.
