I'm not a biker. I have no leather, it's going to be 95 degrees outside. I figure I'll look silly in a suit and tie but I don't want to be under dressed. It's for a father of a friend who died going to Sturgis. I didn't know him.

I'm not a biker either, but maybe wear jeans and a tee-shirt or cotton shirt. If it's in a biker bar, I don't think most would be wearing suits and ties.

Just being there and showing your support is more important than what you wear, so I wouldn't worry too much about that (what you wear). Your friend might not remember what you wore that day, but will likely remember that you cared enough to be there.

Jeans and a tee-shirt will be fine. Boots if you've got 'em, or tennies otherwise. Biker bar folk are not judgmental.

Wear jeans and a nice shirt. It doesn't have to be neatly pressed but it should be clean. Just being there for the family is the most important consideration of all.

I would say wear what you feel comfortable in. Chances are it will be very casual, but don't feel like you have to dress like a biker. Jeans and nice shirt would be good IMO.

As long as you're all in black & well presented, there shouldn't be a problem. I also have acquaintances who are bikers & for an occasion such as a memorial - your presence, respect & support for your friend will be appreciated & taken more into account than your attire.
