No one can be sure!! It depends on a lot of factors :
how much weight you have to actually lose
how hard you work out
how much you eat during that time

No Maddison. It is not possible to lose it in 2 weeks.
Firstly you must have 5 kg of excess body fat to lose... I am not talking about weight.. I am talking about fat alone. When you lose weight people often lose muscle mass as well and that is not beneficial. The exercise will likely slow down your loss of muscle mass so the exercise is good for you.
Secondly, to lose 5kg in body fat.. that is 11 pounds... it will take you about 5 weeks... if you have a safe calorie deficit.

Its possible, but not necessarily good for the body. It also depends on your starting point, if you have a lot to lose, you will generally drop weight semi quickly at first and then hit a plateau. At that point you'll need to up the exercise, especially the cardio, a bit. Make sure you still get enough calories for your body to function and you'll be fine.

I used to have serious over weight problem for years and I was the kind of people quite easily get sick & tired. Thank god, once I met a new friend in a family gathering and he told me a very good site that I later found so helpful. The site taught me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I had been doing wrong to address my over weight problem... Here is the good thing you might wanna to check out more. Good luck!

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.newlproject.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

Hmm.....that's quite a lot. I lost a 1lb a day at one point in my life, but I wasn't eating much at all.....perhaps only 500 calories a day.
If you're taking exercise and restricting to 1000 calories a day, you might just make it.
Don't restrict your water/fluid intake just to make it appear that you're losing weight though.....keep the fluids up which it sounds like you're doing anyway.
