a. i didn't know any of these benefits
b. why would you heat a watermelon?!
c. heating often negatively affects the the benefits of a food, especially if the benefits come in the form of living organisms, like those often found in animal products. [this isn't, obviously, the case with watermelon]
if the watermelon created juice when heated, this juice would contain some of the health positives that you mentioned before. therefore, as long as you make sure to drink the juice, you shouldn't lose many, or any, of the benefits, muchless have them change

Although I haven't done it, I would guess it would be a total loss. Watermelons have high water retention and a very thin cell structure. Presumably you would destroy that, and there'd be nothing left but the rind.
I also can't think of a singe thing that might be achievable by heating it - not taste/flavor, health benefits, or anything else. Why would you?

Absolutely, hot watermelon is nearly an oxymoron. Heating watermelon defeats its benefits and its purpose.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.hawkeyep.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

I think so, since the good vitamins and minerals and such are destroyed.
Oh ya, in response to somebody saying it won't unless boiled, I think that he's wrong.
Cause the vitamins and minerals will oxidize in the air.
Same reason why leaving pears and apples in the air turns them yellow.
Hope this helps!

if it's just heated then no, it just tastes bad
if it's boiled then all the vitamins (if it has any) are destroyed
